Tiny bracelet

Luke made Avery a tiny loom bracelet. So cute! He just loves his baby sister. He's always saying how cute she is. The other day I reminded him that when we first found out that we were having twins he was hoping it would be two boys. I asked him if he's glad now that it was a girl and boy. With a big smile he said "yes!" It's cute to see how much these kids love their new baby brother and sister. 

One month pictures

The babies are actually six weeks, but I didn't get these belly badge stickers until a couple days ago so I'm a little late on the one month pictures. I'll catch up next month! 

These were fun I take. First I'll post the ones that turned out, then some of the "bloopers."

When I put them together they were so cute and were just staring at each other. 

It's really tricky to get a good photo of these two munchkins together! This is the best one I got.  

This is what was really going on trying to get these photos. Plus Milly hopping around the bed like a crazy dog. 

I love Asher's little smile and Avery's cute yawn in this one. This is the first smile I've caught him doing on camera. 

Both babies started out not too happy about the photos. I had to settle them down and after about 20 pictures each got a couple that actually worked! :)

Six weeks old

Asher and Avery were six weeks old yesterday! It some ways it has gone by super fast but then I think back to those days at the nicu with Asher and it seems so long ago. He has come such a far way, and so has she! They are both growing so much and are so darling. They are so much fun and we are loving having them as part of our family. 

After sitting close like this for a few minutes they were both so comfortable they dozed off all cuddled together for a few minutes. Very cute.

I've found it works good to keep one of these pillows next to me and switch off holding them and putting them next to me on the boppy and they seem to like it. Both love their binkies. 

Cousin Livi

Avery and Asher with their cousin Livi, my brother Brent's little girl, my kids' first cousin on either side. A cousin...finally! :) These babies are only three weeks apart and their due dates were within days of each other. They will be such great friends (and little tornadoes!) as they grow up. So fun to have them together...although I gotta say it made me wonder how people do triplets?!

Bath time!

Last night the twins had their first bath together! It was also a swaddle bath and they both loved being warm and cozy. 

All clean and tuckered out!

Four kids!

Sometimes I still can't believe I have four kids. Love them each so much!
